How to use
Wet hair thoroughly.
Glide the bar over hair 2-3 times, or lather in your hands first.
Massage into your scalp for 30-60 seconds, then rinse well.
Optional: finish with a diluted apple cider vinegar rinse (1 tbsp to 1 cup water).
Tips: Allow 2-4 weeks to adjust if you're switching from conventional shampoo. Store on a draining dish so the bar dries between uses. Avoid contact with eyes.
